FAQ – Frequently asked questions about gifts

• Can we order a smaller quantity?

The displayed price applies to the stated order quantity. You can also send us an enquiry for a smaller or larger quantity. The final price will be confirmed in an individual quotation. The possibility of ordering a smaller quantity depends on the selected model, current stock availability and the supplier’s minimum order quantity. Send us your desired quantity and we will check availability and recommend the most suitable option.

• Can the bag be personalised with a logo?
Yes. Most bags in our range can be personalised with a logo, text or promotional design. The most suitable printing method is selected according to the material and colour of the bag, the size and complexity of the design, and the ordered quantity.
• What is the delivery time for personalised bags?
The delivery time depends on the availability of the selected product, the ordered quantity, the personalisation method and the complexity of the artwork. Before confirming the order, we will inform you of the estimated or agreed delivery date.
• Can AGARIC prepare the artwork for printing?
Yes. We can check your artwork and, if necessary, adapt it for the selected personalisation method. We can also help you determine the most suitable size, position and application of the logo on the article.
• How can we request a quotation for personalised bags?
Send us a link or product code for the selected item, the desired quantity, your logo and the required delivery date. You can also specify the preferred size and position of the print. Based on this information, we will prepare a quotation for the product and personalisation.
• How does the material of a shopping bag affect its use?
The material affects the bag’s appearance, weight, durability, load capacity and the suitable personalisation method. Cotton bags are pleasant to the touch and suitable for repeated use, while polyester and rPET bags are lightweight and practical. Non-woven bags are a cost-effective choice for larger promotional campaigns. When choosing a bag, also consider its size, handle design and intended use.
